BUILDING YOUR MUSCLES (1)

Building your muscle is through a conscious exercise. This is applicable to our spiritual strength, no one will build it for you. You need an active spiritual exercise to build your spiritual capability, although, there is room for your to be guided.

It is important to note that musclar strength, tone and mass can not be built with passive activities alone. You need and active engagement in building it.

The more we tarry in HIS PRESENCE, the more we are transformed to become like HIM.

It take a conscious and active feeding to build correct body structures. This starts from pregnancy stage of life till our eyes are closed up in death.

God is preparing us for a spectacular purpose in life(pregnancy). We need to take correct vitamins of God's word to prevent structural and neurological malformation.
