MATURITY HAS CLEAR EVIDENCES

“For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe..."(Hebrews 5:13)

I will like to say that “maturity is never a magic; it happens sequentially; it is achieved on daily basis as our walking with Him proceeds”. I have seen men who refused to do things as expected of men. The time duration to come to the understanding of deep things of matured people depend on how fast an individual yield to learning and corrections; staying as a child for long is never a fault from parents or God, but as a child start  growing, the dealings of parents towards that child will also experiencing change…over time, things will change completely.

huu! I see and hear some saying they have lost their gifts! How long will you keep feeding on elementary gifts? no, you only fail to acknowledge the fact that God only want to take you from dreaming to seeing vision. yielding to him, you've lost nothing, he only want something better.

Note that whenever a gift is no longer functioning between you and God, it looks like it is gone. Even the shoe(s) you no longer use not because it is not useful, but may be because you have new one, might be in your shelf as though it is no longer available... God has promised in Isaiah 59:21 saying: “as For Me, This Is My Covenant With Them, Saith The Lord; My Spirit That Is Upon Thee, And My Words Which I Have Put In Thy Mouth, Shall Not Depart Out Of Thy Mouth, Nor Out Of The Mouth Of Thy Seed, Nor Out Of The Mouth Of Thy Seed's Seed, Saith The Lord, From Henceforth And For Ever.” God cannot take a gift away from you unless you trade it for something of less value. So, the gifts He gives are by covenant, all will still work together as you mature; He is only trying balancing your diet; God wants you to be skillful; technical in abilities and dexterous in acting like Him.

In every child, parent goes down to their level to lifting them up to the standard of a man. But the system adapt is never for parents to keep speaking the same way for long. Sometimes they will jump into the main stream and they can start breaking it down for the understanding as Jesus did to His disciples several times in His parables. God is doing the same thing as He speaks to a man.

He will keep breaking, if we yield and persist, it down until one can understand before He pushes further. This means that if a child of God want God to keep speaking to him or her in the same form, there'll occurred malnutrition. How can a child feed on milk from the breast for years! But God change the forms of dealing with people as we give Him room to developed our level of understanding which the bible describes as “pruning”. Our growth might not even depend on those we sometimes put the blame on. Understanding the heavenly courses Isn’t always base on who your spiritual leaders are; spiritual leaders are just to guild your growth, mentor, correct and lead till you can personally yield to the teachings and prompting of the Holy Spirit. Your pastor can never be obstacle in place of your spiritual growth…spiritual maturity is a choice.
