.....
Welcome reader, its really great having you back on our blog.
In continuation of the Grammar series A..

4) Not on seat (wrong)
For example:
I checked on Mr Maitanmi in his office but he was not on seat (wrong statement)

Oh ! Dear! Not on seat is not an English expression please,

NOT IN (correct)
I checked his office but he was not in. (correct statement) 💄

5) Hook and cranny (wrong)
Nook and cranny/nooks and crannies (correct)

TO MEAN: In every aspect of a place, an event or a situation,

Well, seriously, I think I must confess here too, sometime ago I had had this particular word frequently abused, because i didn't know the correct word, more so, the later usage was a norm my vincage, not knowing that "massive subscription to an idea doesn't make the idea right or wrong".
I really hope you were not like me though! (smiles)...
So, the idiom is actually nook and cranny (informal)

Example: Having Searched through the nooks and crannies of that shop, I couldn't find the red bottle.

6) in the die minute (wrong)
In the dying minute  (correct)

Oh! I caught you right there. (smiles)
 Comments:
The dying minutes/seconds/moments (of something)during the last minutes or seconds before the end of something.

Example: Manchester United scored an equaliser in the dying minutes of the game.

Before it becomes all too lengthy, let's have a break, hope you got a little larger? (smiles). See you at the concluding series,
Series C soonest.

We hope you enjoy the weekend!
