Headache is also called cephalgia. It is not a disease on it's own, but a manifestation of something going wrong in the head.
It is noted that people abuse the use of over the counter medications in the treatment of headache instead of the management of the root cause.
Cephalgia (headache) may indicate organic brain disease (neurologic or other disease), a stress response, vasodilation (migraine), skeletal muscle tension (tension headache), or a
combination of factors.
With this knowledge, it is important to note that not every pain in the head is a normal sign or common feeling to be neglected. But needed to be handled with urgency by a medical expertise.
It is important you are informed about this as well - the brain tissue does not have pain sensation nerve endings itself (nociceptor). But the blood vessels, meninges, scalp with other structures have pain receptor, therefore, they are the initiator of pain in the head - not the brain tissue. Hope that is fully gotten?
Each of the cause has it's unique management, therefore, the abuse of tylenol / paracetamol is not advisable.
Your health is our concern. Crownpaste loves you.
Merry Christmas season
