SNYC holds Youth summit

SOUTHERN NIGERIAN YOUTH CONGRESS SET TO HOLD YOUTH SUMMIT:

The Southern Nigerian Youth Congress (SNYC) set to hold her 2nd annual youth Summit on Friday 13th April 2018.

The first youth Summit of the organization which is the apex body of all youths of Southern origin in Nigeria was held in Asaba, Delta State.

Speaking to Crownpaste news reporter, Hon. Famuyibo Nathaniel Oluwasegun the President General of the Southern Nigerian Youth Congress said Ekiti State will host the 2nd annual youth Summit of the organization.

He further explained that various dignitaries will be attending the Summit, and also many motivational speakers will be there to speak to youths on the development of the Southern region.

'We have designed this year's Summit to address many challenges facing the development of the Southern region, more importantly the unemployment and development of the region will be seriously addressed, not forgetting the security challenges that has risen against the unity of the region'.

Ekiti State will host the Summit on Friday 13th April 2018 at the School of Nursing Auditorium, Ado Ekiti.

We are expecting dignitaries like the Vice Chancellor of Ambrose Alli University Prof. Ignatius Onimawo who is the National Patron of the organization, Dr. Mrs. Ashikpelokai Margaret (Auchi Polytechnic Registrar) who is also the moral advicer of the organization, H.E. Chief. Sir. Dele Omenogor (the Grand Patron).

H.E Prof. Kolapo Olusola (Deputy Governor Ekiti State) will declare the programme open officially, Mr. Austin Okere (CEO AUSSO Leadership Academy) will be there to talk on entrepreneurship, Hon. Samuel Omotosho (Ekiti State House of Assembly) and Rt. Hon. Adedamola Ogunmola (Chairman, National Youth Council Of Nigeria, Ekiti State Chapter) will do justice to the theme of the summit.

Furthermore, Amb. Dr. Peter D. Isibor JP (President, Petterson Clor Int Group) , Dr. MKO Balogun (GMD Global Property Limited), Rev. Ijeoma Emeribe (President, Women Africa Int), HRM. Oba. Alh. Abdul-Mumini Adebayo (Attah Of Ayede Ekiti), Hon. Abiodun John Dada (LG Chairman, Ijero Ekiti) among others, will all be receiving the 2018 SNYC Outstanding leadership Award at the event.

The leadership of the organization is targeting over 1000 youths across all Southern states of the country namely (Abia, Anambra, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Imo, Rivers, Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Osun & Oyo) at the event, he said.
