We forget that the Expert was once a Beginner who started out at the same place as us.
Every great men of today started as a novice, so don't be afraid of failure, failure is a step to make you learn different ways of success.
For the fact that you are a beginner, or a new Comer does not determine how far you go in life.
Experience is learned on the job as you grow,so don't give room for any surrogate personality to discourage you.
