Dedicated to everyone who's lost a loved one and wish they could bring them back...
I stare at the walls of life,
Wishing, praying and hoping-
Maybe it's all a dream
I kept saying.
The times we shared,
Our love and happiness-
How do we get over it
And let it all go.
Maybe our hearts will carry on
But I fear for the tears flowing on
How do we tell the stories of our lives
Knowing you're nowhere to be found.
Deep down below-
Six feet is where you dwell:
No more wining and dining together
Our love cord is broken by death.
We pray and plead to our maker-
This day,
Spare us of pains and hurts,
Keep our loved ones safe and alive.
