Mon Tercet
Moments upon another, my singleness softly sings,
Upon the treasures of her ecstasy, her voice freely speaks,
The freshness of her personhood,
Just like the romance of an avalanche.
Although I'm single, but I've communed with my heart not to wrongly mingle, so that I wont end up in life's jungle. Even when I'm in the midst of the daughters of Hindu, nothing will let my faith dwindle, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, may I not fumble, to him alone who is able to keep me from all appearance of stumble.
Nevertheless, I'm not permitted to fondle, else, I will tumble with a great rumble...
But, If I remain humble to the leadings of the Spirit, then "nothing" will be able to swindle or dangle the Joy of my SINGLE.
Save the ecstasy for marriage: Controlling our wills and emotions: Then, we need the Holy Spirit. He alone can do it!
Prayer Point: Lord, please help my life, so that my singleness will not be wrongly invested in Jesus Name. Amen.
As singles, we cannot afford not to embrace genuine salvation, the perfect work at calvary.

ReplyDeleteYes! We're not singles by mistake. In fact, singleness is not a stage in our lives, it is a necessary state that we must always be in order to be united with our Lord. Being single, I can equate with being whole and complete. Our singleness has much more to do with our oneness with God than with marriage. Of course, being single is not the opposite of being married. The Lord will help us. Amen!
