A motorcycle wants to get your change from some cyclers that are passing by and 95% says they do not have and you feel they are selfish and cannot spare just little of their time to get the change for your cycler,on the other way round.
if you're the passanger on a moving motorcycle and sees cycler and a passanger anxiously looking for change, you might not see any reason to wait and spare your time to give the change, even if perhaps the cycler stops, you might complain that he's wasting your time.
We all would once fallen into either of the two categories undoubtedly,
but, it's logical to be very considerate of others, and you might be doing a great favour by giving your little time to this and similar situations that demands mutual empathy.
