Africa best player Salah who was said to have got an injury has now been declared fit to face league leaders Manchester city.
Salah injured his groin in the Reds’ 2-1 win over Leicester City on December 2017.
Manager Jurgen Klopp confirmed Salah, as it stands, is back in contention to feature in the weekend’s highly-anticipated clash against unbeaten Premier League pace-setters Manchester City.
Speaking with reporters Klopp said ‘If nothing happens in this moment, Mo [Salah] is back, he is training completely normally.
Liverpool Manger Klopp also revealed Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson and Spanish left back Alberto Moreno will miss out on the game against Man City as he is yet to re-join his teammates for full training sessions.
Salah has scored 23 goals in 29 appearances for Liverpool in his first season with them.
