The only woman enlisted in the presidential race of Nigeria in the impendent elections scheduled to hold in a about 3weeks away has just pulled out.
The presidential candidate of the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria(ACPN) through her spoke person, Ozioma Ubabukoh, made known that she will now devote her time “to to help build a coalition to defeat the All ProgressivesCongress and the People’s Democratic Party in the February 16, 2019 election”.
This decision, which astounded many, was communicated with leaders from various walks of life across the country.

Dr Obi said " I deem it necessary for me to focus on helping to build a veritable coalition to ensure a viable alternative to the #APCPDP in the forthcoming elections,” the statement read.

She added by saying, “It is my ardent belief that this broad coalition for a viable alternative has now become more than ever before, an urgent mission for and on behalf of Nigerian citizens.
