The moon is nothing but a faithful reflector of light, it is never a primary source of illumination.
This is the law of reflection.
The Scripture called the believer the light of the world, this does not implies that all by ourselves we can initiate illumination but just the same way the moon reflect the radiance of the sun the church as a faithful bride has the responsibility of reflecting the radiance of the Light. (Jesus, the Light of Life)
"But we all with unveiled face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are being changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the spirit of the Lord" 11 cor 3:18
"They looked unto him and they were lightened and their facea were not ashamed " Psalm 34:5
Christianity is representing him, witnessing him and living for him. To accurately do this, quality time in his presence is not negotiable.
How much time and attention do you give him, how much of your heart does he occupy, how much space are you giving him?
Our greatest desire should be alignment so much so that we will be polished vessels reflecting him just the way he is.
May the Lord help us: AMEN.
