Cast Your Fears Away

The gyring of the wheel of the minibus was faster than the speed of a bullet.
In complete and nicely ironed uniform after a long while, together with other officers leading the company to a camp.

Our being in uniform was imperative,
as we must portray the image of the organization we're representing.

As we journeyed,
we approached an Army checkpoint,
there everyone adjusted themselves and did their badges and ranks well,
to show conspicuously,
at least the Soldiers should know we're not impostors.

The driver slowed down as supposed and the Soldier on the road came towards us and peeped in,
the uniqueness of our uniform didn't make him ask the name of our organization.

He looked at everyone's faces and faced the very young ones.
He asked one of them suddenly,
"What is the motto of Boys' Brigade?"
thence, the boy, one of the smartest in the company was cold and almost peed in his pants, couldn't answer one of the very simplest questions in Boys' Brigade.

A curious boy signified that he knew the answer and said
"Religion and Discipline".
The Soldier said he was wrong.
The deadlock made of them speak, he said:
"Sure and Steadfast",
the Soldier further asked,
"it's from where in the Bible?"
he replied immidiately:
"Hebrews 6:19.

The Soldier did one of what I see the Eclipse of the Sun of THAN.

He smiled and stretched forth his hand and shook hands with the little boy and said he was a member of Boys' Brigade before he got into the millitary.
And said, we need the knowledge of these things that it helped him.
The first boy knew the answer to the question.

But fear made him miss the answer,
perhaps he has never saw a Soldier and never thought of seeing one that day.

And the opportunist that answered got an handshake from a millitary man,
he'd rethink it and might even boast with it to his friends in school.
He used his opportunity.

A tiny line between us and success is fear to explore,
many a time, we get afraid on seeing what we should explore.
Our getting afraid is more often than not.

Opportunities and things to explore might seem intimidating and scary,
but we must always be prepared to cast the fear away and tackle what's there between success and achieve.

As I've said,
opportunhties might be scary and risky as it seems,
but it'll ultimately be good to explore them.

Furthermore, we must be very prepared to face challenges,
so as to progress on the staircase of success,
anything might come at anytime,
Be Prepared!!!

Make sure you're ready to offer any services you're offering at the needed time.

It might be you mega move,
and it might not come again.
Cast all your fears,
pains,and worries,behind you.

You just have to explore and make it.
Your success will chase the negativity away.

Be Well,
and Be Prepared,this week.

I'm Emmanuel Oluwapelumi Falode, Pelfald, Esq.
